We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Brexlink. Please review our return and refund policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your product.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accident are not eligible for return or refund.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Please email our support team at contact.brexlink@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization and mailing address via email.
    Do not send returns to the original shipping address.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • Brexlink does not charge any restocking fees.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for defective or damaged items.
  • If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us at contact.brexlink@gmail.com for assistance.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Downloadable software products and customized items are non-refundable unless defective.
